Any lost property is kept for one month and then discarded. However we discard any food items that may go off immediately upon finding them.

Refund fees vary depending on the time of cancellation, so please check the following details.

  - Cancellation on the day of visit: Refund unavailable

  - Cancellation 1 day prior to visit: 10% of total amount will be refunded.

  - Cancellation 2 days prior to visit: 30% of total amount will be refunded.

  - Cancellation 3 days prior to visit: 50% of total amount will be refunded.

  - Cancellation 4 days prior to visit: 100% of total amount will be refunded.

All rooms at Jijihyang are provided with shampoo, body wash, hand soap, towels, mineral water (one bottle per guest), and a hair dryer.

※ For environmental protection, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.

Jijihyang’s check-in time is after 15:00 while check-out is until 11:00.

If you want an early check-in or a late check out an additional charge will be incurred.

 <Early Check-in>

 - An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour

 - Before 09:00: An additional charge of 1 night’s stay will be invoiced.

 <Late Check-out>

 - After 11:00 ~ Before 17:00: An additional 10,000 KRW per hour

 - After 17:00 : 1일 An additional charge of 1 night’s stay will be invoiced.

The max. number of guests in Jijihyang is 2 for Twin Regular or Superior rooms and 3 for the Korean Regular, Superior and Triple rooms, but there is no additional charge for additional guests within the max. guest limit. 

However, please note that if you would like to request additional bedding you need do so up to 1 day prior to your stay and an additional fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged.

*An additional bedding request can only be made in advance, and you can only request 1 set per room. (Excluding Triple rooms)
